Stunt Props
We have been working with a couple of noted Texas Precision Aerobatics flyers and have developed a couple of props, specifically targeted to the line of PA engines. We understand that they work quite well on the Aldrich/Jett engines, too. All of these props are on the order of 4" pitch (depends on where you measure them).

If you order "unfinished", here is an article about how to finish a Carbon Fiber prop.

Model "W" Two-Blade:
This prop is a 13" prop with a very highly undercambered airfoil. The diameter may be decreased to meet the available power of your engine. The 13" diameter seems to work well with the PA 61, and a diameter of 12-1/2" works well with the 51. Price is $25 raw and $40 finished, ready to run.

Model "G" Three-Blade:
This prop in its original form was 11-3/4" and we have made the mold to 12-1/8" diameter. The prop is very high aspect-ratio and, again, works very well with the PA engines. Many use this prop at smaller diameter for 36 and 40 motors. Props are finished and the price is $45.

The "ML" Three-Blade:
We now have a second three-blade prop. The blade shape/pitch/undercamber is the same as the 13" two-blade. This is a real HORSE of a prop and certainly meets (exceeds?) the needs of the PA 65 engine. It is also proving to be an excellent prop for the larger four-strokes, such as the OS Surpass 70. Price is $30 raw and $45 finished.

A note on availability: I am NOT in the business of making props! This is my hobby and I intend to keep it that way! When I receive an order for props, I add the order to the list, and as I get time to make up the props, I fill the orders. I do not keep any sort of "stock". Consequently, delivery is sporadic, but I will give you an idea of when it will be when you order. As an example, on the day of this writing, the next three weeks are down time for production since I will be in my RV on a trip. And this sort of thing is common throughout the year for me. Please take this into account when you order.

Will Hinton Handle
We are now producing the well-known "Will Hinton" stunt handle. This is a beautifully done handle with full adjustments, for line length, line spacing and overhang. We made some small improvements to Will's design, notably making the handle area a bit wider to accommodate larger hands.

Here are some pictures of the handle, one which shows the internal construction of the handle and the line-length adjustment mechanism. The handle is $45 plus s&h.
